+1 to the suggestion of starting it as a third-party provider in your personal repo. If maintaining it becomes unmanageable due to its popularity, Airflow maintainers can consider adding it to the Airflow repository. You can always list it here: https://airflow.apache.org/docs/ to make it easier to find.
