-1 binding - there is an issue with source packages prepared for 2.10.3rc1 The source tar.gz contains `2.10.0` version instead of `2.10.3`. This might indicate that there might be some issue in our release process that produced it or maybe some typo etc. Might be other artifacts are impacted. We need to double-check it.
This was first noticed by Jens (kudos!) during PMC check, and I confirmed that's the case - I also checked it was correct in 2.10.2, so this must be something one-time or introduced recently in the release process.
