Hi all. Following last week's lazy consensus, I'd also like to remove the "Experimental" banner for OTel Traces. Based on discussion with Jarek and others, we feel that it wasn't necessary to have those two banners in the first place, so I may as well remove this one alongside the Metrics one.
If there are no objections in the standard 1-week window, I'll be adding a PR to drop that banner on/around 3 July 2024. - ferruzzi
