the issue I had before when I tried this was that Apache is about the
"source is the release"

When I looked with Apache Infra for tools on making official images,
everything was about the TAG on the source, not allowing us much
"build" for the image.

Did anything change on Apache Infra Structure recently allowing for
more complex builds and binary build on the images?
