First, I hope you all had a great December break!

DXR survived 2020 but not 2021! DXR was turned off yesterday and we have
now a (simple) redirect from DXR to Searchfox.

Many thanks to all the people to help! It has been a smoother ride than
expected (last famous words? ;)
