Hi all, as per our guidance at < https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugmasters/Projects/Bugzilla_Clean_Up> I am informing you that we are retiring the "Security: Review Request" component under Firefox.
The bugzilla driven process belonged to the security team under Paul Theriault (pauljt) that has been disbanded in the Fall of 2019. Dan Veditz has picked up security reviews and is using a different process as documented at <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Reviews/>. I have gone through unresolved bugs and WONTFIXed most of them. The rationale is that most of the outstanding bugs were filed from the team as follow-ups or "could be interesting" backlog. Other remaining bugs involved either Fuzzing or Static Analysis and have therefore been moved to the respective components in Core. If you were hit by such a WONTFIX by surprise and wish to get further security analysis, please reach out to Dan and myself to figure out how to accommodate you. As of today, there are no unresolved bugs in the component "Security: Review Requests" and I made the suggestion to move it to the "Firefox Graveyard" Product in Bugzilla for archiving purposes in < https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1628224>.
