Mercurial was broken for me this morning after updating Homebrew packages on macOS. It seem that `mach bootstrap` does not yet update it's copy of the Evolution extension to be sufficiently new. An `hg pull -u` in `$HOME/.mozbuild/evolve` fixes things.
