Ideally I assume we'd like to migrate Fennec folks to Fenix before ESR68 EOL, but if it's not ready there's no reason we have to stop shipping a 68-based Fennec when we stop supporting ESR68 on Desktop. It will be increasingly difficult to support with security fixes but we've supported branches longer than a year in the past when we've had to.
