Yes, this was addressed in this bug <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1495032> by dthayer. Love seeing your work Mike! > I'm glad this excites you! Thankfully, I wasn't working alone on this effort - the Process Priority Manager is a component that we salvaged and cleaned up from the B2G effort, so the B2G folk laid the groundwork. dthayer did a bunch of the preparation work to get the feature working on Windows and ready to test on Nightly. I just so happened to be the one to flip the bits here right at the end.
