Actually, I never realized we could order by column, and I've always thought what's in about:support is not enough, because it doesn't allow to edit. I don't think column ordering by modified is interesting in itself, but the fact that it allows to bring all modified prefs at the top is what's interesting, and a view similar to that of about:support, but editable, would go a long way.
