In bug 1481125[1], I'm going to put some moz-prefixed values of overflow shorthand property behind pref, and disable them by default on all channel.
The values being unshipped are: * -moz-scrollbars-none * -moz-scrollbars-horizontal * -moz-scrollbars-vertical Their functionality can be fully replaced by standard syntax nowadays, and apparently no other browser supports them. We probably preserved them for webcompat concerns, but as can be seen in the unshipping bug, keeping them causes real webcompat issues, so I think we should just try unshipping them and see.
