Tests for Bug 1464113 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1464113> and Bug 1460041 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1460041> indicate that other UAs have trouble with shapes defined with negative offsets relative to their containing blocks.
