The SDK requirement is due to some nonstandard code in the latest Microsoft headers that clang rejects: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/132223/clang-cant-compile-wrlimplementsh.html
For now the easiest way forward is to go into Visual Studio Installer, add "Windows 10 SDK (10.0.15063.0) for Desktop C++ [x86 and x64]" and remove 16299.
