OK, that seems to jive with the Fedora bug that needed u2f-hidraw-policy: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1513968
Given that, ibhidapi-hidraw0 might be what's needed on Debian, but I haven't tested it yet. I've filed Bug 1434277 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1434277> to collect information on Linux dependencies for the Firefox 60 release notes.
