Is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=343213 the metabug for
both specs (and more)?

It might be worth creating a couple of spec-specific meta bugs for
tracking each spec (since they have separate test suites /
implementation reports), and give us the opportunity to declare
victory for each incrementally, but I'll leave that up to your
discretion.
