Hi,

Early in the 59 cycle, I intend to make Windows 10 SDK version 10.0.14393 the
minimum required for building Firefox.

Like before, this is because of new Windows security features used in an update
to the Chromium Windows process sandbox.

If you are using Visual Studio 2015 and you don't have this, it can be
installed using the Visual Studio installer or from here:
https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/sdk-archive

If you are using Visual Studio 2017, you should already have a later version
installed.
If you haven't, again you can use the Visual Studio installer or download
directly.

Automation is already using Visual Studio 2017 and SDK version 10.0.15063.

I've already updated the online instructions:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Build_Instructions/Windows_Prerequisites

Thanks,
Bob
