I think that only happens once the trial period expires but you can
reinstall the VM to reset that (you'll lose state of course).

with a bunch of tools preinstalled that'll run until mid-January. If you
need access to every version of windows ever, MSDN "Professional"
subscriptions cost about $550/yr and give you access to basically
everything.
