Let me add another request here: allow builds completely w/o EME.
While trying to build moz/tbird w/o the codecs, I've observed that
some EME stuff (depending eg. on FMP4) does get build, even w/
--disable-eme.
I've got a patch for fixing the codec build problem here. Couldn't
submit yet - still having problems w/ git+hg ...
