We'll seriously consider renaming this field. I don't think this is the same thing as editable comments, though (and we have a different idea for approaching that). Regardless, this is getting way off topic here. Unless there's more follow-up around using this field for triage specifically, we can continue this in another thread, preferably in tools.bmo.
