TL;DR: The old FHR system is going away, use Telemetry. We have been working on migrating the FHR data sources to Telemetry for a while now, but realized there has been no proper notice going around so far. As of Firefox 43, we have disabled FHR upload on Desktop. Instead we are now collecting opt-out data via Telemetry <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Telemetry> (Firefox for Android will follow along soon <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1230206>).
*What about the FHR-based metrics?* Important data should have been either migrated to Telemetry or have a plan in place to do so (if not, please bring it up). FHR-like data is now collected as "opt-out" data in Telemetry, subject to the data collection policy <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Data_Collection>. Note that mobile opt-out Telemetry is following next year. *Where to get data from?* The simplest way to investigate the data should be via the main Telemetry dashboard <https://telemetry.mozilla.org/>. This also links to additional dashboards and further documentation. For more advanced uses you can either use telemetry.js, run custom analysis <http://robertovitillo.com/2015/01/16/next-gen-data-analysis-framework-for-telemetry/> or talk to the measurements team about other options. *Further information and contact* IRC: #datapipeline, #telemetry, #metrics Mailing list: fhr-dev <https://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/fhr-dev> If you are heading to Orlando, there is a Telemetry session <http://mozlando2015.sched.org/event/4lQl/working-with-telemetry-data>.
