I think the only way to "fix the friction by reducing collaboration" is
to say that you are actively trying to kill Thunderbird and make their
life as hard as possible. Is that what you are trying to say?
Otherwise, if we acknowledge that they can and should live, we need to
see that we fix the friction by making collaboration easier.
