Please define Mozilla projects. I have my Thunderbird extension mirrored on GitHub and I know there are a couple more projects hosted there. If you want to include those in your list, it is probably best to also post in mozilla.dev.extensions... Also I'd like to know why you seem to limit this to GitHub. I think there are Mozilla projects hosted on other repository sites, like Mozdev, Google Code, SourceForge or BitBucket.
