Hmm, yeah, maybe... the reason that I didn't was that I realized this
works by using last_changed and last_visited, and the 'bug' is in
last_changed. However, it seems odd to argue that last_changed shouldn't
be updated for CC list changes, and additionally, if we're going to try
to define a set of "trivial" changes that don't update bugs, I'm afraid
that that will just be descend into endless bikeshed (do whiteboard
changes count? votes? comments that have already been tagged 'me too' or
'spam' ? etc.)
Still, I suppose that I might as well at least file /something/ -
