The tree (only inbound so far) now has (alpha) support for generating
Visual Studio Project files.
Features:
* IntelliSense works
* Build from within Visual Studio
* Launch binaries from Visual Studio
* Debug symbols loaded automatically (breakpoints work)

Bug 973770 is on file and has a patch to generate Eclipse projects. That
should hopefully land soon.
