afaik there has been a period where we tried to move off of nsI prefix
to mozI prefix, to identify new interfaces from "old" ones. I think
there's no much value into one or the other, provided it's consistent
inside the module itself (some modules only have mozI prefix or started
using them for new interfaces, that should be respected when touching
them, for module coherence).
