Yes, these days you can actually do that.
Look at what we're doing in mobile/android/locales/jar.mn, with the
chunks like
relativesrcdir dom/locales:
locale/@AB_CD@/browser/overrides/charsetTitles.properties
(%chrome/charsetTitles.properties)
Sorry, what you're doing is to push locale files, i.e. the locale files
still live under the jar.mn that references them; I needed to pull
locale files from another part of the tree that doesn't normally get built.
