https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=893404 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=898825 are two of the last parent-process crash bugs in the current e10s-crash list (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=899758). Drew and I are planning to let the background thumbnailing service (which exposes these crashes on Desktop) ride the 27 train to beta, to get some better feedback about their severity (in terms of users affected/frequency).
They both appear at a high level to be IPC issues with the compositor. I know you're busy, but any insight or investigative resources graphics folk could offer on these would be appreciated!
