Hey all, Last night we've landed the layers refactoring. This was a very large patch that had to be landed in one go. At the moment we are aware (and not completely surprised), that the first couple of regressions due to the refactoring have been found. We are working very hard with the entire graphics team and several people from other teams helping us to address the issues as they come in.
We ask you all to bear with us as we try to figure out the problems that our test suites and internal testing didn't catch. Please reach out to us if you run into serious issues and don't back out straight away! If we cannot resolve the more blocking issues within a day or so we plan to take care of the backout ourselves.
