Xulrunner is not ported to Android. I think it never will. I have invested many hours trying to hack the code of firefox/xulrunner without success. I still think this is somehow possible but this need a pretty good knowledge of Mozilla code source. Our solution was to rewrite a native android UI and deal with our c++ code using JNI.
