I agree and ideas on that are coming along slowly but surely, but let's not do the Socorro discussion here, let's stick with Telemetry in this thread. ;-)
I agree with bjacob that there should be a few ways of getting public access to data - e.g. he likes the CSV files much better than he would direct DB access, while I'm pretty happy with the latter on Socorro.
