Please familiarize yourself with the changes being made in bug 629500.
The probable way forward for you is to provide your own implementation
of nsIPrintDialogService. Note that in addition to nsIPrinterEnumerator
going away, nsIPrintDialogService will not be allowed to use XUL anymore
(due to synchronicity issues). You will have to implement your
printer-selection mechanism as a native dialog box for whatever OS
you're using.
