Wrong value bootstraped for URI2RepositoryMapping -> dms

A standart magnolia installation 3.6.3 (not sure if other versions are affected
as well), will bootstrap a bugged value into URI2RepositoryMapping -> dms ->
URIPrefix
Currently the value is = "/dms/"
This leads to corrput links into the dms created with a dialog (fck-link to dms
for instance)
Should be changed to = "/dms" only
