Since MAGNOLIA-2095, {{info.magnolia.cms.gui.control.Bar}} has an unfortunate
dependency on the Paragraph and ParagraphManager classes (which are currently
in core but might move in the near future). The logic for displaying the
paragraph's name should be in the tag class instead.
