When upload a zip file to 'documents', there's something wrong with the Chinese

1. I use winrar to pack some chinese named files into a test.zip.
2. I upload it into magnolia CE 3.05 Author's 'documents', using the 'upload
zipfile' feature.
3. The chinese named file become irrecognizable.
