The cause for this exception was a locally modified dms.xml. > ? > > We only deploy snapshots if/when we need them. We have a bi-directional dependency between Magnolia (a least when doing a complete webapp build) and DMS. So when building Magnolia the DMS is pulled from repo or when building DMS vice versa. I ran several times into situations were artifacts didn't match. Building DMS today failed with missing ActivationManagerFactory in DMSAdminTreeConfig. > You should be able to do so yourself, go ahead.
