I've noticed that we regularly seem to run overtime in both the sprint planning and retrospective sessions, and I want to try a couple of things to make the meetings run a little tighter. One simple thing that we can all help with is to ensure there's a solid agenda ready to go in the etherpad: https://public.etherpad-mozilla.org/p/fxa-engineering-coordination So please: * If you're planning to show or tell something in the demo session, add your name to the pad ahead of time so that we can structure things accordingly. * If you've got things on your mind for the retrospective, go ahead and jot them down ahead of time rather than waiting for the meeting.
