We had our Weekly Monday demo time earlier today, there's a (MoCo-only
because metrics) recording[1], but here's what we got to ogle at:

- Vlad showed us an improvement to the device view refresh button. It will
now show a spinner when the list first loads, and each time the user clicks
on the refresh button. The hope is that since a user sees that the list was
refreshed on page load, they won't just click the button to make sure it
loaded all devices.

- Ryan Kelly took us down Metrics Lane, where we got to see how several of
our new features are performing:

- Signin Unblock
    - It appears that of all the people who are blocked, 50% of them try to
start the unblock process. We want to find out why the other 50% aren't
trying/allowed to try.
    - Of those that try, we see around 75% of those users successfully
confirming the unblock code, which is a similar rate to all of our email
confirmation rates. We wonder improving this is something as simple as
finding what emails are being bounced and fixing that.
    - In total, we see an increase of blocked users being able to
eventually log in successfully from 5% to 18%, which is \o/

- IP Blocklist
    - The graphs show a very tiny amount of traffic coming in that matches
our ultra-conservative baseline block list of "this is always always evil"
IPs.

- Suspicious Activity
    - This graph showed a very small (but non-zero!) number of people who
report suspicious activity for their accounts. This currently includes 1)
suspicious sign unblock attempts, 2) suspicious devices in their device
list, and 3) a user resetting their password after receiving a "New Signin
Notification" email.
    - We want to start correlating information about the suspicious
activity back in to our blocklist.

=====

Wooo, our features are having impact! This means better experiences for
real users! We'll be looking later to see if these metrics line up with an
improved sign in rate, among others.
