One of the other points that came up in the retrospective, was that it
can be hard to know whether communication actions are valuable. It's
easy for communication to succeed silently, which doesn't help people
stay motivated to keep communicating.
So I appreciate y'all's efforts to explicitly signal that this summary
was valuable :-)
