You can file a bug at: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Cloud%20Services&component=Operations:%20Deployment%20Requests We generally try to keep client_ids stable across dev, stage, and production, so providing the client_id you use with our dev server would also be useful.
