Hi All,
I kinda got out of the habit of sending these train-planning emails, but
I think they've valuable overall so I'm going to try to pick it up again...
We're cutting FxA train-62 this week, and we'll be having the
demo/retrospective session on Monday at 13:30 Pacific time. If you've
got something onboard this train, however big or small, please add
yourself to the demos list in the etherpad and share it with us:

Following that, at 14:00 Pacfic we'll have the planning session for
train-63. I think we're almost back on our regular cadence, so let's
review the current active Milestones.
We've got a couple that are all-but-done, waiting on final merge,
deployment and metrics:
FxA-49: CDN [1]
FxA-54: push on status change [2]
FxA-57: verification reminders [3]
Let's touch base on them briefly to make sure we've got a plan to bring
them to completion, but these will not make up a significant portion of
our work this cycle.
We've got two major milestones in active development:
FxA-70: KPI dashboards [4]
FxA-83: signin confirmation [5]
I believe FxA-83 is approaching its final state and due for some serious
testing and overall UX review, so let's ensure we make time to give it
that attention, and hopefully we can shipit it in train-63.
We've got three new features that need to be fleshed out, broken down,
and spun up:
Marketing Experiment Support [6]
Improved Bot and/or Human Detection [7][8]
Common Password Blocklist [9]
I'd like to leave the session tomorrow with a clear sense of the scope
of each of these efforts, and a clear owner for each to do the initial
kickoff and breakdown.
