Sure! Here are the specs that AMO followed that we feel are fairly air-tight and comprehensive.

For the third phase, the email funnel is replaced by a standard FxA login, and the old add-on accounts are accessible by an alternative URL (on SUMO, or elsewhere in on the relier). Not depicted: email campaigns to encourage migration. Am in meetings most of today and tomorrow, but should be available to meet Fridays, or email is fine.
