I’m not sure what the focus on this is, certainly at first blush things like 
Add-on management are already covered and things like crash tests don’t seem 
relevant. But I can see that new services like Push, OAuth, Storage and so on 
may not have a dashboard and something that shows data about those services is 
going to be useful.

Developer services is something I’m really interested in and think we should 
push at Mozilla and for that we’d need a front end to that service to all 
people to perform actions and request jobs without having to build out all the 
front end, authentication and queuing etc that we seem to rebuild on every 
service. But I would need to understand a bit of the focus of those projects to 
see if there is an overlap.

You’ve already cc’d Laura on this who is probably doing the most thinking on 
it, I’ve certainly got opinions on it and would be glad to help.
