Not specifically this, but i'll tee it up. I think it is a good goal for the Q4 discussion, totally convinceable. Did you see the latest retention metrics on people that create an account from those services? Essentially zero retention. Suggests if your specific goal is Pocket for example, there is little to no value for FxA (Sync, basically) itself.
We might see different behavior with people logging in through FxA itself and we should measure your hypothesis above.
