It depends on how you wish to integrate into the FxA multiverse. You could
simply want to consume some information from a user (email, avatar, locale,
etc), or you could wish to provide data about a user to the rest of the
ecosystem. Or both.

>From your email, it sounds like you want to consume users' information, so
you would want to register an OAuth Client of "Mozilla Stumbler". I believe
there's a "dev" environment for our OAuth Console that would let you
register, but I can't seem to find it at the moment. Either way, the docs
for being an OAuth Client can be found on MDN:
