I'm a contractor working on developing the data store / API for the Mozilla
Developer Network (MDN) Compatibility Data project. This is a new service
that will first be used to formalize the web client compatibility data
found on MDN:

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/display#Browser_compatibility

We hope to use Firefox Accounts to authenticate contributors, so that data
contributions can be linked to a user account.

The project is in development, with a live server deployed to Heroku:

https://browsercompat.herokuapp.com

It currently support username and password login with admin-created
accounts (no sign-in flow). I hope to add FxA as the first and only way to
create an account, and eventually use FxA identifiers to link API users
with MDN users.

We're planning to host the production service in AWS under the
https://browsercompat.org or https://browsercompat.com domain. This work
is scheduled for Q2 2015 or later.

Luke Crouch (@groovecoder) is the technical contact for this contract. We
can discuss details over email or in the #mdndev channel in IRC.
