NEW: For Mondays we that cut a train, I need at least one representative of each subproject (auth and associated repos, content, ouath, profile) to present the changelog for the train.
The goal is to help make the changes we’re shipping more explicit, and allow others, in particular ops, to ask questions and discuss unforeseen issues of the changes. Ideally, any issues regarding the train’s changes will have been surfaced earlier in the process, so I hope this additional process will be brief.
