Automated tests covered some of this, but not as much as I would have liked -- see https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/1329 and https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/1324.
I have done manual testing over stage and production on IE 10/11, Opera 12, Firefox Nightly/Beta/Aurora/Release, and Chrome release. All of the Oauth flows seem to work as designed -- more eyes are always welcome, of course, as someone else may pick up something I've missed. I have not looked carefully at Fennec or FxOS -- Richard, if you and Edwin need manual help with the mobile stuff, just shout.
