The client list comes from Sync, not from FxA. There's currently no real
interaction between the two systems beyond FxA issuing certificates that Sync
accepts.
There's no device management for Sync; there are lots of bugs on file, though
(e.g., Bug 821532). Don't hold your breath for these being fixed.
Old devices should expire automatically after three weeks.
Eventually FxA will accrue a {Google,Apple}-parity device management solution,
but I'm not aware of the status of that. It's likely that a replacement for
Sync will arrive around the same time.
A much-desired replacement for Send Tab is unlikely to ship with Sync's paucity
of device management bugs, at least. And should support push.
