Since both accounts and accounts-latest were showing "baby cannon", it seems 
that no one is really paying attention there. I propose we move over to using 
danny's servers, i.e., nightly.dev.lcip.org and latest.dev.lcip.org.

I've CNAME'd the old server names to the new ones for now, but we should 
probably remove those.
