Current navigator.mozId is the entry point for both Persona and Firefox Accounts on FirefoxOS. Because the semantics of the two APIs are becoming more dissimilar over time, we would like to create a new endpoint for FirefoxOS. Initially it will be an alias to mozId; gradually we will separate the code paths.
